The company's current focus is on the publication of electronic scientific journals (online media). CV Prime Global Academic Publishing was established based on Notarial Deed No. 18 dated September 16, 2025, drawn up by Notary Pulunggono Handoko, S.H., M.Kn.

The company is also registered with the Business Entity Administration System under the auspices of the Directorate General of AHU, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
